Poster Information

SIZE

The BE Retreat poster size is 42″ WIDTH x 42″ HEIGHT (both may be smaller). Due to space constraints at the venue, there are no exceptions to this size requirement.

BE LOGO and MIT LOGO

Biological Engineering should be represented on your retreat poster. You can download them in various formats (eps, jpg, png) here.

USE THE COMMUNICATION LAB

The BE Communication Lab is here to support you. Book an appointment with their trained communication fellows or check out their online resource on poster design today! The BE Communication Lab recommends booking appointments 1-2 weeks before the retreat to ensure enough time to prepare. Questions? Reach out to hanx@mit.edu.

Upon arrival at the Hotel Commonwealth, identify yourself as a poster presenter to Dan Darling, who will provide further instructions. Push pins will be provided! Find a.m. & p.m. session assignments here.
